Qantas has appointed Petra Perry as its new Group CMO. Previously, Perry was CMO for Qantas Loyalty and enterprise manager of customer operations and digital.
Perry is filling the position left vacant by Jo Boundy, who joined the Commonwealth Bank as its CMO in December – a position she was set to officially take this month.
According to her LinkedIn, Perry, who started the position in February, has been with Qantas for nearly six years, joining the company first as a senior manager in financial services marketing.
She has since been promoted several times, including as Head of QFF Marketing. Perry has previously held positions at Mastercard, Virgin Australia, and American Express.
