These terms and conditions apply to all Branding in Asia promotional packages, including Spotlight Memberships, Banner Advertising, and Partner Content.
These are all managed by Branding in Asia, LLC, registered at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming, United States, 82801.
Your Spotlight Membership, Banner Advertising, Partner Content or other promotional packages with Branding in Asia will be on these terms unless otherwise specified on your invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed upon, the duration of your Spotlight membership or banner advertising begins in accordance with the dates specified on your invoice.
Prices on the Media Kits issued by Branding in Asia are subject to change. For the most up-to-date pricing please contact [email protected].
All prices are quoted in US Dollars.. We accept payment by Credit Cards via STRIPE, by Bank Transfer, or Paypal. All options of which appear on your invoice.
Any personal and transactional information (name, address, e-mail address, debit or credit card details, etc) you give us is only used for your subscription, and to contact you to renew your subscription. Branding in Asia does not store credit or debit card details and all payments are processed by third parties.
Agency Spotlight memberships are sold on a yearly basis. Prior to the end of your membership term, you will receive a renewal notice to the email address you registered with for your membership.
If you cancel your Spotlight membership or Banner campaign before the end of your term, Branding in Asia accepts no obligation to issue a refund.
Branding in Asia reserves the right to terminate your subscription or campaign immediately without a refund if you breach any of our terms. Failure by Branding in Asia to enforce any provisions of these terms shall not be deemed a waiver of our right to do so.
No changes to details on the invoice can be made after the order has been processed if we were not informed of the changes at the time of the order being placed.
Branding in Asia is not responsible for fact-checking content submitted by you, in either text or image form, for publication on our site. You are responsible for the accuracy of all content you submit to Branding in Asia. We will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from inaccurate content.
Our total liability arising in connection with the performance of these terms shall be limited to the price paid for your subscription during the 12 months preceding the date on which the claim arose.
