Momentum has been appointed by Optus following a competitive pitch under a multi-year agreement to deliver retail activations across the telecommunications company’s national network.
The agreement includes activations for major product launches designed to bring brand experiences to customers at the point of purchase. The Optus appointment reflects demand for physical retail environments around major product launch occasions.
“We’re incredibly proud to partner with Optus at a time when retail is being reimagined as an experience-led channel. This is about creating experiences that genuinely connect with customers and leave a lasting impression,” said Jen Peace, Managing Director, Momentum.
“We’ve been deliberate about how we grow Momentum, focusing on partnering with ambitious brands where we can create meaningful, commercially impactful work. What’s exciting is the calibre of clients we’re now working with, from global technology leaders through to some of the most recognised consumer brands. It’s a reflection of the confidence in our model and the increasing demand for ideas that connect brand, experience and retail in a more integrated way.”
“Our retail network is an important way for customers to connect with Optus, whether they are exploring our products and services, seeking advice or getting support,” said Lauren Dawber, Executive General Manager of Marketing, Optus.
“Momentum’s ability to create integrated, high-quality experiences will help us continue evolving our stores and make every customer interaction more engaging, impactful, useful and distinctly Optus.”
