GroupM media agency Mediacom has appointed Melinda Chen as the new GM in Taiwan as previous MD Noah Chu leaves the agency after five years at the helm. Chen will report to regional CEO Mark Heap.
Chen was previously deputy GM at t Starcom, and led teams working on several different brands including the P&G in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
