Full-service media & advertising agency Admosis Media Group has announced that it will join forces with Melbourne-founded creative ad agency Creative Converters.
The partnership forms as a result of TMSPC Group, home to a portfolio of leading marketing and advertising agencies, including Admosis Media Group, taking an 85% majority stake in Creative Converters, with its founder and key team members retaining the balance.
Creative Converters will retain its brand and current employees. Gretta van Riel will remain in the business as a strategic advisor and minority shareholder. Gabi Nedelko will also rejoin the business as co-founder and minority shareholder.
Creative Converters offers User-Generated Content, Influencer-Generated Content, media buying and consulting services. It has supported over 600 brands, including the Oodie, PE Nation, Go To Skincare, Bondi Boost and Frank Body. It has generated over $500 million in revenue for its clients since its founding in 2020.
As part of the partnership, both businesses will have the opportunity to collaborate on projects, combining their respective expertise to deliver broader, more integrated marketing and advertising services. It will also enable both businesses to unlock new revenue opportunities both globally and locally.
