R/GA Unveils AI Tool to Help Brands Improve Visibility in Generative Search

As AI tools reshape how consumers discover brands, Creative Innovation Company R/GA has rolled out its proprietary AI Search Optimization (ASO) Platform—the first release under its new AI Products Practice. The platform is backed by R/GA’s recently launched $50 million Innovation Fund focused on accelerating product development.

Designed to help brands assess and improve their visibility across AI-driven search experiences, the ASO Platform offers real-time diagnostics and insight into where and how brands appear—or fail to appear—within platforms like Google Gemini, Perplexity, ChatGPT, Claude, and Deepseek.

The rise of generative platforms has created challenges for brands relying on conventional SEO. R/GA notes that more than 34% of Google searches now include AI-generated summaries, and many legacy SEO tools are failing to track this shift. Gartner projects a 25% decline in traditional search engine volume by 2026, while Bain research “Goodbye Clicks, Hello AI: Zero-Click Search Redefines Marketing” shows 80% of consumers use “zero-click” results for at least 40% of their queries.
