Omnicom Media has established Client Success as a dedicated discipline across Asia-Pacific, with Paul Hawkey named Chief Client Success Officer, APAC, to lead the new function.
The discipline follows its rollout as a core component of Omnicom Media’s global operating model and is designed to deliver more consistent outcomes for clients while connecting them with capabilities across Omnicom Media’s agency networks, the agency said.
Hawkey brings more than three decades of experience in local and global client management and business transformation across Omnicom Media. In the role, he will be responsible for fostering a client leadership community across APAC, establishing global delivery standards on behalf of clients, and scaling Omnicom Media’s connected capabilities and practices across the region.
Working with Hawkey will be four Client Success Leads have been appointed across Omnicom Media’s agency networks: Kris Biti as Executive Director, Client Success, OMD APAC; Susannah Llewellyn as Executive Director, Client Success, PHD APAC; Raveena Udasi as Executive Director, Client Success, UM APAC; and Madelin Farrington as Executive Director, Client Success, Initiative APAC.
A new framework for client leadership and delivery excellence
The Client Success discipline is designed to strengthen client relationships, establish consistent standards for client leadership and delivery, and ensure clients receive consistent strategic leadership regardless of market or agency brand.
The regional Client Success team comprises over 180 client leaders across 13 APAC markets. The team will be supported by dedicated development programs aimed at equipping client leaders with skills, capabilities, and best practice to meet evolving client expectations.
At the local market level, client leaders and teams are tasked with connecting clients with expertise and capabilities across the Omnicom network, with the goal of delivering integrated solutions, deeper partnerships, and consistent outcomes.
