Omnicom Media agency PHD China has promoted Cynthia Zhang to CEO, elevating her from her previous role as Chief Operating Officer at the agency.
Zhang will be responsible for business development, client leadership, and operations, while driving PHD’s competitive advantage through integrated capabilities across data, technology, commerce, and content.
She joined PHD in 2021 as Managing Director and brings over 20 years of experience in media and marketing, with deep expertise spanning brand strategy, organizational management, and business growth.
