INVNT Creates Immersive Brand Experience for Xerocon Brisbane 2025

In celebration of the future of accounting, INVNT, the global live brand storytelling agency, has delivered an end-to-end brand experience for Xero – Xerocon Brisbane 2025, transforming the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre into a vibrant, high-energy event.

The event brought together over 2,500 delegates in person and more than 3,000 virtual attendees. Organizers described it as the most immersive and high-impact Xerocon to date.

The program featured an opening keynote, a dynamic expo floor, interactive activations, and a Safari Glitterati themed afterparty. According to the company, INVNT brought the event to life through strategy, creativity, innovation, and execution.

Xerocon Brisbane showcased Xero’s latest innovations, including the evolution of ‘JAX’, its AI-powered assistant, and a new Xero Partner Hub and reimagined navigation and homepage—all designed to make accounting simpler, smarter, and more intuitive.

The immersive expo floor featured a deconstructed business district with themed zones like The Pit Stop, Café de Cashflow, The Laundromat, and The Construction Shed, each reflecting real-world small business scenarios powered by Xero’s tools.

According to INVNT, one of the most talked-about activations was the Pickle Club. This neon-lit pickleball court brought delegates together in unexpected, joyful ways, proving that accountants really know how to have fun, the agency said.
