Wavemaker Indonesia announced that Dwaraknath Naidu has been appointed Chief Growth Officer. He will take over the role on January 1st, 2021.
Naidu will be responsible for driving Wavemaker’s growth through new business acquisition and building new products. He will be tasked with growing revenue streams and building future-ready client teams who can adapt, accelerate and help transform client businesses. He will work closely with client teams to adopt and use the new Wavemaker Provocative Planning with the aim of accelerating growth for Wavemaker’s clients and its people.

Naidu, who has worked with GroupM for 14 years across India and Indonesia in various capacities, has been a key contributor in driving new business initiatives for Wavemaker (and former MEC) and helping grow the business multi-fold in the last 6 years in Indonesia.
“Naidu has shown outstanding works and contribution to Wavemaker growth journey in past 3 years,” said Amir Suherlan, Managing Director of Wavemaker Indonesia. “This new role will give sharper focus for him, in line with the company’s ambition to keep growing, for our clients, our people, and our business.”
