Upcycle Communications has expanded its regional team to 14 people, with hires in Kuala Lumpur and Manila, alongside new client additions, a renewed Tourism New Zealand partnership and a refreshed brand and website.

The Singapore-headquartered agency said its expanded presence will support work across Southeast Asia while continuing to build from its Singapore base.

Upcycle has renewed its partnership with Tourism New Zealand for FY27. The agency first won the proposal through a competitive pitch in 2025 and leads strategic communications, earned and paid media, and influencer campaigns across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand focused on culinary experiences, considered travel and active escapes.

The agency has also added three clients across design, jewelry and wellness: Hong Kong-based interior architecture and design studio Deboss Collective, Singapore heritage icon B.P. de Silva Jewellers, and classical pilates brand Altum Pilates.

“We have continued to grow from strength to strength, ensuring meaningful growth is about more than scale,” said Jennifer Dembitz, Founder and Managing Director, Upcycle Communications.

“We prioritise the people we choose to partner with and the quality of ideas we can create together. As the world evolves, we see an opportunity to keep challenging how communications, content and community can create meaning, relevance and lasting value.”

The agency’s existing portfolio includes Hilton luxury brands, andBeyond, Pernod Ricard’s Royal Salute, TUMI, PAÑPURI, Heveya and The RuMa.

Alongside the regional expansion, Upcycle has refreshed its website and visual identity, placing its philosophy of “upcycling” at the heart of the brand.

The new identity uses a palette of glacial blue, rich terracotta and espresso brown, with a refined typeface. The agency said the identity reflects its approach to communications, content and community.
