Uncommon: Beats by Dre Stands Up for Sports People Against all The Haters

“Athletes are faced with more noise than ever before,” says Beats.

Uncommon and Beats by Dre have launched a new campaign calling on players to Defy The Noise, in a campaign that premiers British rapper, Slowthai’s new single, “I Know Nothing.”

“Athletes are faced with more noise than ever before,” says Beats.

“Pressure, injuries, online abuse, doubts… the best players in the world all have overcome adversity to rise to the top of their game.”

Along with Slowthai, the campaign features Bukayo Saka, Kingsley Coman, Serge Gnabry and Ritsu Doan defy the noise with Beats Fit Pro.

“‘I Know Nothing’ is a fight back against those people who are so quick to put the blame on the younger generation,” Slowthai said in a statement. “In a world full of misinformation and judgment, it only reveals the true intentions of how miserable people’s lives must be as they are so quick to jump on the bandwagon and applaud or point out people’s failures or vulnerabilities.”

The film also includes cameos from a number of popular personalities including Italian soccer journalist, Fabrizio Romano; former Tottenham Hotspur defender, Ledley King; DJ and radio host Ashley “Dotty” Charles; and Manchester United women’s team member, Alessia Russo.
