Toyota Motor Asia has launched Move Your World Beat, a new initiative developed with VIRTUE Asia that brings together musicians from across Asia to collaborate on original music inspired by sounds from Toyota vehicles.
The platform brings together established and emerging musicians to collaborate on original music and support contemporary cultural expression across the region.
‘Move Your World Beat’ launched with a TikTok-led creator program featuring Malaysia’s Belle Sisoski, Pakistan’s Natasha Noorani, the Philippines’ Miguel Benjamin and Paolo Benjamin of Ben&Ben, Singapore’s Shye, Thailand’s Valentina Ploy, and Vietnam’s 2pillz.
Each artist was tasked with producing original music using sounds recorded from a Toyota vehicle, including clicks, ambient hums, and engineered tones, reinterpreted through their own musical style.

The project explores the idea that movement can be cultural and emotional as well as physical, with each composition contributing to a broader body of work celebrating Asia’s diversity through music.
The platform will also include a regional collaborative track bringing together the participating artists from six countries. The track is scheduled for release later this year.

“By leveraging TikTok and engaging musical creators, Move Your World Beat is a brand platform built for cultural participation and collaboration that enables Toyota to connect with the region’s large youth population, while giving back to the community in meaningful ways,” said Jonathan Tan, account director at VIRTUE Asia.
“Instead of speaking at audiences, we’re creating a system where culture is co-created to build a living cultural ecosystem that evolves through shared ownership.”
