The film done in collaboration with Chariot traces Malaysia’s key moments in history through the lens of energy.

Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) has released a new film, “Aku, TENAGA,” tracing Malaysia’s history through the lens of energy to mark National Day.

The film begins in 19th-century Malaya, before the nation gained independence. It moves through successive scenes depicting the country’s transformation, with energy shown as a constant presence through the nation’s milestones and challenges.

“This film offers a meaningful perspective on Malaysia’s journey by portraying energy as a constant force through every milestone and challenge,” said Samsul Ariffin bin Zainuddin, Head of Group Corporate Communications, Tenaga Nasional Berhad.

“Malaysia’s story has always been about its people, families building a better tomorrow, communities standing together through difficult times, and generations carrying forward the hopes of those before them. Through it all, TNB has been there, and we will continue to stand alongside Malaysians in every moment that lies ahead.”
