Spikes Asia has announced Tiger Beer as the official partner for the annual 2019 festival which brings Asia Pacific’s creative community together for three days of learning, inspiration, and networking. Spikes Asia is proud to partner with Tiger Beer, Asia’s number one international premium beer, in supporting raw and emerging talents to uncage their tiger to create unexpected possibilities by providing them a global platform to shine.
Central to the partnership, is the Young Spikes x Tiger Beer #RareStripes Competition, an exciting challenge to produce creative ideas that will spread awareness and support Tiger Beer’s Global CSR program ”Saving Wild Tigers”. The competition is open to submissions from APAC countries and the finals will take place during the festival in Singapore from 25 to 27 September 2019. Finalists will have the chance to make their mark and gain recognition within the Asia Pacific creative industry and beyond, in line with the festival’s theme “Asia Rising”.
The winning team will have an opportunity to collaborate with Tiger Beer and have their eventual concept brought to life and sold commercially as a part of the Tiger Beer #RareStripes collection in support of Tiger’s Saving Wild Tigers initiatives.

The #RareStripes Competition follows the inspiration of Tiger Beer’s global community for unconventional talent, called the Tiger Raw Roar, a platform where emerging talents can seek new opportunities through collaborations and unlock future unexpected possibilities.
Applicants must complete the application form on the Spikes Asia website, where five teams of two will receive a Young Spikes Competition pass worth SGD680 to attend and compete live at Spikes Asia Festival of Creativity 2019. Finalists based outside of Singapore will also receive sponsored air travel and accommodation during the festival. Application deadline is at midnight SGT Friday 6th September and the shortlisted teams will be announced on Tuesday 17th September.
