Team Lewis Names Daniel Wong Malaysia Director, Expands Ann Chong’s Role

Wong will oversee operations, commercial growth, and client partnerships in Malaysia, while Chong will lead AI and client solutions initiatives across the region.

Team Lewis has appointed Daniel Wong as Director of Malaysia as part of a leadership update to its Malaysian operations. The move also sees Managing Director Ann Chong take on an expanded regional role focused on AI and client solutions across Asia-Pacific.

Wong joins from DNA Creative Communications and will lead the strategic direction, commercial growth, and operational performance of Team Lewis Malaysia. Reporting to SVP Keso Kendall, he will oversee the agency’s market position, client partnerships, integrated capabilities, and team development.

Wong’s appointment also enables Ann Chong to transition to the role of Managing Director, AI & Client Solutions, APAC. She will remain based in Malaysia and report to Fairil Yeo, EVP of AI & Growth.

In the expanded role, Chong will oversee client solutions and the rollout of AI and the agency’s proprietary Sidekick services across Asia-Pacific. She will also work with regional teams to map growth targets to core strategies and customize AI solutions for clients.

According to the release, the updated leadership structure is intended to support local market leadership in Malaysia while expanding AI implementation across the region.
