TBWA\Worldwide has appointed Nitsa Lotus to the newly created role of Global Chief Growth Officer, based in Sydney with a global remit.
Lotus has spent more than 20 years with TBWA in leadership roles across Australia.
In the role, she will focus on bringing together the creative work of the TBWA Collective with Omnicom’s data and technology capabilities into a connected growth system, with the agency’s Disruption model intended to drive more measurable, scalable growth for clients globally.
“TBWA has always been The Disruption Company, but post-acquisition, we now have greater scale, broader capabilities, and a deeper creative bench,” said Nitsa Lotus, Global Chief Growth Officer, TBWA\Worldwide.
“When you combine that creative depth with Omnicom’s data and technology, you can solve far more complex client challenges end-to-end, and do it with a level of distinction and precision that’s hard to match. My ambition is simple: make us easier to buy, harder to beat, and more connected across markets.”
“The game has evolved, growth is more global, more integrated, and requires more orchestration of creativity and technology,” said Erin Riley, Global CEO, TBWA\Worldwide.
“We wanted a growth lead who could deeply understand the needs of brands and build them bespoke models that harness the best of our TBWA Collective and Omnicom’s connected capabilities. Nitsa’s long tenure with us and her broad experience with brands and growth made her the perfect person to up-level our growth offering. Plus, she’s unrelenting in the best way and makes sure we all have a good laugh together.”
