Strength to Give Launches Powerful Stem Cell Donation Film ‘There’s No One Like Me’

The Australian Bone Marrow Donor Registry has launched its first campaign for Strength to Give, via creative agency Supersolid, to register stem cell donors as part of a wider effort to save the lives of people fighting blood cancer.

According to the campaign, every 28 minutes someone in Australia is diagnosed with blood cancer.

On the Strength to Give YouTube page the organization added that for many, a stem cell transplant from a complete stranger is their only home. However, of Australia’s 5.5 million youth aged 18-35, under 1% are registered stem cell donors, so 8 out of 10 patients have to turn to overseas donors for a match.
