A story trailer for Star Wars: Galactic Racer debuted at Summer Game Fest, offering a deeper look at the game’s single-player campaign, the new location Derven Acos, and multiplayer podracing beyond the Mos Espa Circuit.
Developed by Fuse Games and published by Secret Mode in collaboration with Lucasfilm Games, the game follows Shade, a lone racer who enters the Galactic League to challenge reigning champion Kestar Bool. The trailer shows Shade navigating the paddock, where racers gather, issue challenges, and receive support between runs.
Star Wars: Galactic Racer is a runs-based racing game featuring Campaign, Scenario, and Arcade modes, alongside online multiplayer. In the solo campaign, players choose their own path through the League.
Derven Acos, the newly revealed location, is a custom-built arena designed specifically for the Galactic League, featuring every planetary condition encountered across the tour.
Star Wars: Galactic Racer launches for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on October 6, 2026, in Standard and Deluxe editions, available physically and digitally. A physical-only Collector’s Edition will be available while stocks last, according to Secret Mode. Pre-orders for all editions are open now.
