On the back of April Fool’s Day, brands/organizations in Singapore rolled out campaigns to engage consumers with creative pranks.
To determine which prank Singaporeans favored, Socialbakers, a Social Media analytics provider, analyzed the campaigns rolled out by several brands.
Durex Singapore, with its fake campaign promoting edible, smoked chicken sausage condoms, led the way with a total of 7781 interactions, a significant triumph over the other seven brands.
On closer analysis, the break down of reactions received by Durex found that Facebook’s ‘Haha’ reactions peaked at 2255 with ‘Likes’ coming in second at 1767. At 4321, Durex also received the highest total Interactions.
Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) came in second with 1124 reactions out of all total reactions.
