Singapore Launches Search for Global Media Agency

The Singapore Tourism Board (STB) has launched an open Request for Proposal (RFP) for a global media planning and buying agency. Currently MEC is the agency of record, but their contract will be end in March 2017.

STB will contract the pitch-winning agency for an initial period of two years with a two-year option based on performance.

Independent consultant, The Observatory International, will be assisting STB on the pitch.
