Grey Health New York was named Agency of the Year at the 2026 Saniss Awards, with its campaign ‘Louder Than Cancer’ for Amazon Music sweeping the fourth edition of the international health and wellness advertising competition, which announced winners across Barcelona and Santiago de Chile in June 2026.
Grey Health NY’s ‘Louder Than Cancer’ earned a Grand Prix and a Titanium, accumulating 72 points to secure the top agency ranking. Grey was also named Network of the Year, credited to the combined performance of Grey Health NY, Grey Tokyo, and Bruketa&Zinic&Grey. BBDO finished second in the network standings, and VML placed third with 28 points.
Amazon Music was named Brand of the Year. The Bloc, with 28 points, was named Independent Network of the Year. Spain’s Manifiesto was recognized as Indie Agency of the Year, and BAM, also from Spain, was named Independent Health Agency of the Year.
The 2026 winners were selected by a jury of 95, including Anna Ewer, Director of PR & Social, Clue; Francisco Montoya, General Director, VML Health; Indraneel Sinha, Marketing Lead – Strategic Marketing Intelligence, Medtronic; Yan Fossat, SVP, Digital Health R&D, Klick Applied Sciences / Klick Health; and Adam Lach-Szyrma, Executive Creative Director, Omnicom Health Medical Communications.
