72andSunny has appointed Ross Henderson as Managing Director of its Singapore office, adding to the agency’s leadership presence in the region. With over 15 years of experience, including 11 years in Singapore, he brings a hybrid leadership profile spanning strategy, creative, and commercial disciplines. The hire reinforces 72’s commitment to delivering creative work from Asia, supporting the global expansion of the 72andSunny Creative Collective, the agency said.
Henderson will report to Chris Kay and work closely with 72andSunny’s international leadership team, including Chief Creative Officer Justine Armour, and Chief Strategy Officer Maria Galleriu, to further integrate the Singapore office into the agency’s global network, added 72andSunny
He joins from M&C Saatchi World Services, where he served as Director, Asia-Pacific. Prior to M&C Saatchi, he held leadership positions at Culture Group and BBH Singapore. In his new role, Henderson will lead 72andSunny Singapore’s next phase of growth, with a focus on creative ambition, strengthening regional capabilities and positioning the office as a hub for work.
“Ross is exactly the right kind of creative entrepreneur for 72andSunny in Singapore as we look to the evolution of our brand in the region,” said Chris Kay, CEO International at 72andSunny.
“He brings inspiring creative instinct, deep strategic rigour, a human energy in building teams, and a next generation understanding of how culture moves across Asia-Pacific. As we continue to grow in the region, his leadership will be key to building a world-class offering out of Singapore and unlocking new growth opportunities for our partners.”
Henderson has worked with brands including AEG, Diageo, Heineken, Jollibee, Nike, Samsung, and UOB. He has also worked on platforms including Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour in Singapore and Ed Sheeran’s + – = ÷ x Tour of Southeast Asia. His work has been recognized by the Webbys, Cannes Lions, Spikes, Clios, and others.
“72andSunny has always stood for optimism, ambition and the belief that creativity can shape culture,” said Henderson.
“That’s something I’ve spent my career focused on, particularly across Asia-Pacific, where the opportunity to create work that travels globally has never been greater. I’m excited to join the team in Singapore and help to build a creative powerhouse worthy of the 72andSunny name.”
We’re incredibly grateful to Po Kay for her leadership, dedication and the impact she’s had on the Forsman business over the past 4.5 years.
Henderson’s appointment follows the departure of Po Kay Lee, who has led the Singapore office through its transition following the acquisition of Forsman & Bodenfors by 72andSunny.
“We’re incredibly grateful to Po Kay for her leadership, dedication and the impact she’s had on the Forsman business over the past 4.5 years,” said Chris Kay.
“She’s been instrumental in guiding the office through an important period of transition. We wish her all the very best in what comes next.”
