Electriclime° has partnered with Wunderman Thompson Dubai for the launch of a new musical piece for Dubai Tourism featuring Irish Riverdance duo, the Gardiner Brothers, who star in a film that aims to promote the region across the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Australia.
While you might not associate the River Dance with Dubai, the Gardiner Brothers have 2.5m followers on TikTok and more than 700K on Instagram, where they dance in a wide variety of places and settings.
The ad film, directed by Chadi Younes and with Mik Allen as Director of Photography, takes the viewers around iconic locations in Dubai, showcasing its blue skies, golden dunes, and the city’s wondrous skyline.
All with a heavy dose of Riverdancing.
“The brothers were a treat to work with,” said Younes said.
“And just like them, on their first trip to Dubai, we were able to approach the project with fresh eyes, and the same joyful sense of adventure.”
