Publicis Groupe China has announced the expansion of Publicis Luxe China, an integrated luxury practice, with a cross-disciplinary team of over 100 across strategy, media, cultural insight, content creation, data, and tech. Marc Leclerc has been appointed as Head of Publicis Luxe China.
Publicis Luxe China is connected to Publicis Luxe hubs in Paris and New York, with more than 2000 people globally dedicated to luxury brands across all solutions. Leclerc joins the Groupe’s global luxury practice, bridging international brand philosophies with local cultural resonance to drive sustainable growth for luxury houses, said a release.
Reporting to Mickey Zhang, President of Publicis Media China, Leclerc is a native of France and brings cross-cultural expertise to the role. With 14 years at Publicis Groupe, including a decade in the Chinese market, Leclerc has held leadership roles at Starcom China, including Head of Strategy and Transformation.
In his new role, Leclerc will mobilize Publicis Groupe resources, ensuring execution of strategy, creativity, and media. The Publicis Luxe China team brings together data specialists and creative roles, combining a global perspective with local expertise across brand touchpoints.
