Publicis Groupe China Makes Trio of Leadership Appointments

Publicis Groupe China has announced three senior appointments including Ng Tian It as Chief Creative Officer of Publicis Communications Beijing, Sure Liu, as Chief Integration Officer of Publicis Communications Beijing and Head of Nestlé Business, and James Yang, as Managing Director of Digitas Beijing.

All three will report to Oliver Xu, President of Publicis Groupe North China.

Ng brings nearly 30 years of creative experience previously as Creative Director of Saatchi & Saatchi and Leo Burnett earlier in his career before being promoted to Chief Creative Officer of Saatchi & Saatchi Beijing (2012-2015). He also served as the Executive Creative Director of Publicis Groupe Singapore from 2019 till the end of 2021.

Liu added: “From overseas to China, from brand consulting to creative, PR, digital and social projects, I have experienced ten years of changes caused by technological innovations. I am very happy to join Publicis Groupe, and Nestlé is one of the core businesses. The two are partners in global marketing innovation.”

Prior to this appointment, Yang was Head of Nestlé business at Publicis Groupe. He will continue to run Nestlé’s Consumer Experience Management business.
