Philippine Airlines has launched a campaign created by BBDO Guerrero that centers on the airline’s on-time performance, using five destinations across the Philippines to show how timely arrivals help travelers experience specific moments during their trips.
The campaign uses a point-of-view approach and features Cebu, Coron, Boracay, Siargao, and Bohol. Each destination focuses on a different time-sensitive travel experience, reflecting the airline’s emphasis on reliability.
The work builds on Philippine Airlines’ recognition as Asia-Pacific’s Most On-Time Airline in Cirium’s 2025 On-Time Performance Review.
Underwater visuals in Cebu were sourced from freediving photographer Ben Yavar. Bohol’s visuals were sourced from photographer Marina Tobaruela, while photographs and films for Siargao were sourced from Cavan Images, BlackBoxGuild, and MaryTraveller. Production teams also shot on location in Boracay and Coron.
The campaign is accompanied by reimagined versions of Philippine Airlines’ Fly With Heart melody. Each destination features a localized interpretation of the tune with different instrumentation and arrangements.
“For PAL, being on time is not just an operational achievement,” said Alvin Miranda, VP – Marketing, Philippine Airlines.
“It is one of the most meaningful ways we show care to our passengers. This campaign brings that promise to life by showing how PAL’s reliability helps travelers arrive in time for the moments they came for, whether it is a golden hour view, a dive, a celebration, or a quiet moment of discovery.”
“On-time performance is one of the biggest factors shaping how travelers choose and evaluate airlines,” said David Guerrero, Chief Creative Officer, BBDO Guerrero.
“We saw an opportunity to make it emotional by focusing on the moments that only happen when everything works as it should. It’s a simple truth, but one that resonates deeply with travelers.”
