Paul Sigaloff Joins Quantcast as Vice President to Lead APAC Expansion

Based in Sydney, Sigaloff will oversee growth across Asia-Pacific and spearhead the launch of Quantcast’s Q+ advertising platform.

Quantcast has appointed Paul Sigaloff as Vice President of APAC, where he will lead the company’s growth across the region and spearhead the rollout of its AI-driven advertising solution, Q+.

Based in Sydney, Sigaloff will oversee Quantcast’s growth across Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and other markets in Asia-Pacific. He will also lead the launch of Q+, an AI-driven, goal-based advertising solution.

Q+ is an extension of its audience insights and advertising platform and is designed to help advertisers reach audiences across the open internet through a single ad set. Marketers set one performance goal, such as CPA, ROAS, or site engagement, while the platform allocates budgets in real time across display, video, connected TV, and native advertising formats.

Sigaloff brings more than 25 years of experience across media, digital, technology, and advertising in the UK, Australia, and Asia-Pacific.

He spent nearly a decade at Yahoo in senior leadership roles before becoming Vice President of APAC, where he was responsible for digital media and technology businesses across Australia, New Zealand, India, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Japan. He later served as Chief Revenue & Growth Officer at oOh!media and most recently as Global Chief Customer Officer at marketing intelligence platform Mortar AI.

Sigaloff also serves on the board of UnLtd, the media and marketing industry’s social purpose organization.
