Ogilvy Appoints Edelman’s Maria O’Keeffe as Global Chief People Officer

Ogilvy has appointed Edelman veteran Maria O’Keeffe as Global Chief People Officer, tasked with leading Ogilvy’s global people experience, strategy, and operations including employee attraction and retention, performance management, leadership development, and learning.

O’Keeffe, who will be based in Chicago, spent nearly 25 years at Edelman. During her tenure she served as Chief Talent Officer of the U.S., Canada, and Latin America regions, culminating in her most recent role as Global CTO of Practices, Sectors & Clients.
