Mondelēz International has appointed Vinay Subramanyam as Vice President – Marketing in India, succeeding Nitin Saini, who has been elevated to General Manager, Indonesia, in a regional Southeast Asia role.
Subramanyam joins Mondelēz India with more than two decades of experience in the consumer goods sector. He most recently served as Head of Marketing, South Asia at Kellanova, now Mars Snacking, where he was also a member of the AMEA Commercial Leadership Team. He has also held leadership roles at Pidilite Industries, Britannia Industries, and VIP Industries.

At Kellanova, Subramanyam was responsible for category growth, strategic business initiatives, and brand and marketing efforts across South Asia. He began his career in sales and has led cross-functional teams across multiple categories and markets.
