Microsoft Makes Jolaine Boyd Head of APAC Marketing

Microsoft appoints Jolaine Boyd appointed as APAC Chief Marketing Officer - Branding in Asia

Microsoft has appointed Jolaine Boyd as its new Chief Marketing Officer for Asia Pacific. Boyd, who will be based in Singapore, was previously APAC head of marketing for Microsoft Mobile Devices.

Boyd will be tasked with the telling of Microsoft’s customer story in compelling and immersive ways across all marketing platforms,” said Microsoft in a statement.

Prior to the new appointment Boyd headed up marketing for Microsoft Mobile Devices in Indonesia. Previous to that she was with Nokia three and a half year, continuing with Microsoft after they acquired it in 2014.


 

“The Asia Pacific region has some of the most dynamic markets in the world which is transforming the way we do marketing, especially in this mobile-first, cloud-first world,” Boyd said. “I look forward to helping people and businesses here unlock their potential and achieve more with the right tools.”
