Kim Jerbo, Shea Warnes, and Mark Shunji Davies
MediaMonks, the creative digital production arm of Sir Martin Sorrell’s S4 Capital, has announced a string of new hires as it formally launches its creative operations in Australia. Leading the new creative capabilities will be Kim Jerbo, Shea Warnes, and Mark Shunji Davies who join the team.
Digital design pioneer Jerbo joins from Leo Burnett Sydney where he was Digital Creative Director. He has more than 12 years of experience with some of the leading global creative digital practices including R/GA and AKQA, across various global markets.
Strategy Director Shea Warnes had been a digital strategist in London before coming to Sydney where he worked with Havas, VMLY&R, and DDB. Mark Shunji Davies joins from Grumpy Sailor as Executive Producer.
MediaMonks works with clients including financial services brands ANZ and NAB, educational institutions including UNSW and Queensland University; and technology clients such as Google and HP, amongst others.
“With the new hires we’re sending a message to the market that MediaMonks is growing fast in Australia,” said Vinne Schifferstein, Managing Director, MediaMonks in Australia.
“MediaMonks has always been proudly rooted in advancing our clients for a digital future, and we’re thrilled to attract so many top Australian creatives to accelerate our unique proposition. Our integrated structure means that clients in Australia can access the best local thinking, supported by unparalleled centers of excellence from our offices around the world.”
MediaMonks has more than 80 people working in Australia following parent company S4 Capital’s merger with Melbourne-based Adobe consultancy BizTech in 2019, and the subsequent absorption of that business into the company.
With the merger of BizTech, the leading Adobe Solution Partner which integrated into MediaMonks in March 2020, MediaMonks has worked to scale the expertise to meet the growing demand of brands looking for an end-to-end solution to fuel digital transformation.
All experts fluent in Adobe’s ecosystems will be operating under one P&L, servicing brands worldwide focused on speed, quality, and value. MediaMonks is now an Adobe Platinum Partner, and one of the few companies in the world with five specializations across Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Manager, and Adobe Analytics.
