MediaMonks, the creative digital production arm of Sir Martin Sorrell’s S4 Capital, has announced the addition of Matt Grogan, Kean Edwards, Sophia McDermott, and Sophia Ferry to their Australian team.
Matt Grogan comes on board as the Digital Creative Director. Previously he’d served as the Creative Director/Partner at AnalogFolk in Sydney and prior to that Tribal DDB and The White Agency.
Experience Design Director Kean Edwards is joining MediaMonks from Atlassian where he was Lead Experience Designer. He has more than 9 years of experience with creative agencies including AnalogFolk in London, as well as Havas and Razorfish in Australia.
Senior UX Designer Sophia McDermott had been with MediaMonks in Amsterdam before returning to Australia. She’s also spent time at Khemistry and GrowthOps.

Also coming home to Australia from Amsterdam is Sophia Feary, who joins as Senior Producer from Adidas. She was at 303 Mullenlowe and Digitas in previous roles.
