McCann Health Makes Creative Leadership Changes in APAC

McCann Health has expanded its Asia Pacific regional creative responsibilities for several of its creative leaders. The McCann Worldgroup professional and consumer health communications network has also announced the addition to the region of new top creative talent and the innovative formation of a new scientific and medical storytelling creative discipline headed by an Executive Creative Director for Science.

Now, with this incredible boost to our creative leadership in APAC, we will see what shifting up to the next level really looks like.”

Perrott added, “The new ECD, Science, role is the first of its kind in McCann Health’s global
network and designed to champion a whole new specialty within the creative discipline. And the appointment of a new McCann Health Creative Head in China signals growth and demand for even more cohesive creative direction and quality of product within our already successful China region.”

The executive creative leadership promotions and appointments include:

Sean Riley, currently Executive Creative Director, McCann Health Southeast Asia (SEA), is promoted to the newly created position of Executive Creative Director, McCann Health Japan & North Asia.
June Laffey, currently Executive Creative Director, McCann Health Australia, is taking on additional responsibilities in Southeast Asia. Her new role is Executive Creative Director, McCann Health Australia & SEA.
Adam Weiss, currently Executive Creative Director, McCann Health Japan, is promoted to the newly created post of Executive Creative Director, Science for McCann Health Japan & Korea.
Pierre Loo has been appointed Executive Creative Director, McCann Health Greater China, with responsibility for overseeing the McCann Health creative product in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou and Hong Kong. Prior to joining McCann Health, Loo served as Regional Professional Director at Red Fuse Communications in Hong Kong, Regional Business & Creative Director for Young & Rubicam Group, Asia and VP, General Manager/Creative Director East Asia for Sudler & Hennessey.
John Scott, currently Associate Creative Director, McCann Health Singapore is promoted to Creative Director, McCann Health Singapore.
