In her new role, Nikumbh will lead Elephant’s creative offerings across verticals, deepen client engagements and scale the consultancy’s presence across India and global markets.
“I am genuinely happy to welcome Mayuri back, this time with greater reach & responsibility to not just lead the brand and communication design team, but also enhance the entire solution basket from Elephant,” said Ashwini Deshpande, Co-founder & Director, Elephant.
“It is a full circle moment, but I return to Elephant with a broader lens and a bigger ambition. I am excited to bring fresh thinking and new ways of working while building on its strong legacy. As technology rapidly transforms the creative industry, authenticity in both narrative and craft matters more than ever. I see an opportunity to take bold ideas and distinctive design thinking to a global stage, while creating new possibilities for the organisation,” said Mayuri Nikumbh, Chief Design Officer, Elephant.
