Malaysia Airlines has appointed Kingdom Digital Malaysia as its Creative Automation Agency. The appointment builds on a working relationship that began in July 2024, when Kingdom Digital supported Malaysia Airlines on a project basis to meet high-demand digital production needs.

The newly secured retainer formalizes a long-term client–agency partnership focused on regional creative adaptation delivered at hyper-speed, powered by Kingdom Digital’s homegrown Digital Creative Automation (DCA) technology and the service. Through this collaboration, Kingdom Digital enables Malaysia Airlines to engage diverse global travellers while reinforcing its position as Malaysia’s national carrier.

“In an aviation landscape defined by fluctuating fares, evolving promotions, and intense competition, speed and consistency are critical. Campaigns often require rapid adaptation across multiple markets, languages, and channels, placing strain on traditional production workflows,” ingdom Digital Malaysia said in a release.

“At Kingdom Digital, we believe technology should empower people, not replace them,” said Ryan Ong, CEO of Kingdom Digital.

“This partnership with Malaysia Airlines allows us to solve real business operational challenges while unlocking new creative potential. By combining automation with human craft, we’re pushing the boundaries of creative AI automation to build smarter marketing ecosystems that scale.”
