Kia Corporation has unveiled teaser images and video of the Kia PV7, the brand’s second dedicated, all-electric Platform Beyond Vehicle (PBV) model, ahead of its global debut at IAA Transportation this month.
The PV7 expands Kia’s PBV lineup into the light commercial vehicle (LCV) segment, delivering increased space and capability beyond the PV5, meeting the evolving needs of business customers across a broader range of commercial and lifestyle use cases.
The teaser images place the PV7 in a range of everyday settings, showcasing its adaptability across different lifestyles and work scenarios. “Its one-box profile combines balanced proportions with a robust, confident stance, while the black hood and pillar garnish create a sharp contrast with the body color. Together with Kia’s signature front and rear lamp graphics, these elements reinforce the distinctive design identity of Kia PBVs,” said a release.
The PV7 is built on the dedicated E-GMP.S platform and follows the introduction of the PV5 as the brand’s second dedicated PBV model.
The Kia PV7 will make its global debut at IAA Transportation in Hannover, Germany, on September 14, 2026.
