    Julian ‘Dougie’ Douglas Wins Caples’ Andi Emerson Award

    The Caples Awards has announced that Julian ‘Dougie’ Douglas has won the Andi Emerson Award, named after the BBDO copywriter and Caples founder.

    The award is given by the President of the Jury to a person whom she or he feels has made a major contribution to creativity. 2021 jury President Steve Aldridge has nominated Julian ‘Dougie’ Douglas.

    “He is, however, the consummate creatives’ account person. Julian Douglas, International CEO and Vice Chairman of VCCP. Known to all as Dougie, he leads an expanding agency group with offices in London, Madrid, New York, Prague, San Francisco, Shanghai, Singapore, and Sydney, producing award-winning work for clients including 02, comparethemarket.com, Shell, Domino’s, Canon, and Cadbury,” said Aldridge.
