Jack Black Goes Wild on Korea’s ‘Infinite Challenge’ Variety Show

As part of a promo run through Asia promoting “Kung Fu Panda 3,” Jack Black will appear on the highly-popular South Korean TV show “Infinite Challenge.”

The show has been broadcast for more than a decade and is billed as South Korea’s first variety show. This will mark its 465th episode of the show, which is known as Muhan Dojeon in Korean

In a 30-second promo spot for the episode, which in honor of Black they are calling “School of Variety,” the American star can be seen partaking in the show’s sometimes zany games and physical challenges, including pillow fights, balance contests, and stuffing as much food in your face as possible.

And of course, it wouldn’t be complete without the obligatory performance of “Gangnam Style” with the show’s cast.

“I have accepted the challenge,” Black said at a press conference in Seoul before the filming. “I’m very scared because it’s the biggest challenge. There’s no number larger than infinity, so I don’t know what’s in store for me. I just hope that I survive. But I shall face it like a brave warrior.”

Here’s a preview of how it came out:

Black is not the first international star to appear on the show, Paris Hilton, MC Hammer and Ryan Seacrest are just a few of the guest stars over the years.

The episode is set to air Jan. 30 in South Korea on the MBC network.
