INNOCEAN announced it will take part in several official events at the Cannes Lions this year, including a standalone seminar with Hyundai Motor Company and a stage session on AI inclusivity in marketing.
The seminar, titled “Cut the ad. Roll the show,” will be co-hosted with Hyundai and will explore brand content strategies in an environment of advertising fatigue.
Speakers will include Jung A Kim, Chief Creative Officer of INNOCEAN, and Sungwon Jee, Chief Marketing Officer of Hyundai Motor Company. The presentation will examine the production and reception of Hyundai’s “Night Fishing” campaign, noted as Korea’s first theatrical release of a 13-minute branded short film.
The seminar will also include a broader discussion on attracting voluntary consumer attention, especially as more viewers choose to skip traditional ads. Topics include leveraging alternative platforms, evolving storytelling techniques, and transforming branded content into entertainment.
