IKEA Breaks out Kung Fu Granny for Chinese New Year

Call us crazy, but really, how can any commercial go wrong when it features a kung fu granny and daughter preparing food together?

Seriously.

Ikea has done just such a thing for a Chinese New Year campaign for the Singapore market.


 

Writing on their Facebook page about the campaign which features this 30-second spot put together by ad agency Bartle Bogle Hegarty, Ikea says:

“Get ready for an epic Chinese New Year with Ikea. From pots and plants to decorations, we’ve got everything you need for a prosperous celebration.”
