Hong Kong Launches ‘Treasures of the Heart’ Campaign Promoting the Sham Shui Po District

In an effort to help travelers get the most out of Sham Shui Po, of one of Hong Kong’s oldest districts, the Hong Kong Tourism Board has partnered with film director Chan Chi Fat and scriptwriter Chong Mui Ngam and Grey Group to create several short films showcasing how the district is “Every Bit Local.”

The short films, titled “Treasures of the heart” introduce different characters and characteristics of Sham Shui Po.

The videos will coincide with the distribution of a series of QR codes posted around the district for visitors to scan and open audio and video guides, narrated by locals, to the nearby areas.


 

Visitors can scan and be guided to different hotspots with audio and video guides narrated by locals, as well as a Google Maps navigation experience.
