Pimple patch brand Hero Mighty Patch has teamed up with independent creative agency Bounce to channel the irresistible urge to pop.
Built around the platform ‘Pop This, Patch That,’ the campaign acknowledges that almost everyone knows they shouldn’t pop pimples, yet many do it anyway.
A series of films demonstrates the concept by pairing satisfying popping moments with Hero Mighty Patch as the healthier alternative for treating blemishes. Set to Peer Gynt Suite No. 1, Op. 46: IV, the spots reinforce the message to pop anything but your pimples—and patch them instead.
The campaign launched this month to coincide with Acne Awareness Month. While the annual observance often focuses on serious conversations around skin health, Hero Mighty Patch takes a lighter approach, addressing the temptation to pop pimples head-on rather than pretending it doesn’t exist.
