Havells India Ltd. has partnered with WPP Media to launch Havells mYOUsic, a talent development initiative aimed at discovering and nurturing grassroots musical artists across India.
The program will cover singing, lyric writing, music composition, and music direction. Shortlisted participants will take part in an immersive bootcamp covering creativity, copyright, publishing, and industry frameworks. The program aims to produce and release 25 original songs within the same calendar year. The initiative is described as a multi-city, multi-year movement.
The first phase, held in Delhi, drew over 250 on-ground entries and over 100 online entries. Havells mYOUsic subsequently expanded to Indore, where an on-ground audition was held on April 5, 2026, at Sage University. The Indore audition saw over 200 artists participate, including singers, composers, lyricists, and producers presenting original work and engaging directly with mentors through a structured and interactive audition experience. The initiative will be expanded to more cities, to be announced shortly.
Havells India and WPP Media have a partnership spanning over two decades.
