Havas Adds to Digital Offering With Acquisition of Tidart

Acquisition reinforces Havas’ e-commerce capabilities and supports expansion strategy in Spain.

Havas has acquired Tidart, a Spain-based digital agency, to strengthen its global performance and e-commerce capabilities.

Tidart will retain its brand and operational structure while integrating into Havas Media Network’s global e-commerce offering, Havas Market.

The acquisition aims to expand Havas’ digital performance expertise and support long-term business growth for its clients.

Antonio Ramírez, CEO of Tidart, will continue in his role, maintaining leadership of the agency. Its team of over 40 professionals will relocate to the Havas Village Madrid offices.

Founded in 2012, Tidart specializes in digital planning and paid media solutions. The agency offers end-to-end campaign services, from strategic definition to media planning and buying, using proprietary technology to optimize advertising performance across the conversion funnel.
