Tokyo-based Hakuhodo has acquired a majority stake in independent Russian digital creative agency LLC Ailove Digital.
The digital shop was founded in 2009 and provides a wide array of services, from digital marketing strategies to creative and content production, social media management and digital advertising, to SEO and SEM. Their clients are both Russian and international and their work has been recognized at Cannes.

Both Hakuhodo and Hakuhodo Rus have worked with Ailove Digital on a number of projects in the past.
