HSBC, Grey Group Hong Kong partner for ‘See Beyond, Grow Beyond’ Series


According to the recently-concluded ‘Digital for Business Market Study’,74 percent of businesses in Hong Kong have “no framework in place to invest in a sound digital strategy.” HSBC Commercial Banking aims to connect businesses with insights, ideas, and inspiration with its new ‘Digital for Business‘ series themed, “See Beyond, Grow Beyond.”

At the recently-concluded Digital Summit, which featured the first-ever industry partnership with Google, various industry leaders were invited to participate in a panel discussion about best practices in Tech. In addition, the event was live streamed over Youtube and got more than 37,000 views.

Over the course of the next three months (October – December 2016), the ongoing Digital Exchange segment will highlight three HSBC customers, who have successfully leveraged on HSBC’s capabilities to radically disrupt the traditional nature of their businesses. In the first of the series, Alan Cheung, Managing Director, Grandion Industrial Ltd, is profiled regarding his astute application of digitalisation, to successfully transform his textile and garment production processes.

In addition, to help businesses take the first step in going digital, the Digital Academy was introduced. Enjoy the series of bite-sized content that shares different digital insights and advice.
