CICLOPE Asia Pacific announced the winners of its 2026 Awards on Thursday at The Rebel Theatre in Sydney, marking the first edition of the CICLOPE Asia Pacific Festival to be held in the city.
Two Grand Prix awards were presented across the evening. The Direction Grand Prix went to The Shirt Off Your Back, entered and produced by Good Oil, directed by David Robinson-Smith, with director of photography Jaclyn Paterson and editing by ARC.
The Post-Production Grand Prix was awarded to CRAFTMAN.SHIPS, entered by HAKUHODO Gravity and produced by HAKUHODO CABIN, directed by Atsushi Makino, with animation by ROBOT COMMUNICATIONS, for client SHIPS.

The 2026 Special Awards went to FINCH as Production Company of the Year, Hakuhodo as Agency of the Year, Telstra as Brand of the Year, and Patrick Fileti, David Robinson-Smith, and Atsushi Makino as Directors of the Year.
Winners were selected across 23 categories by a jury of directors, producers, creatives, and marketing specialists, chaired by jury presidents Medb Riordan of Academy Films, Nils Schwemer of Iconoclast Germany, Rebecca Skinner of Superprime Films, Mandy Harris of Untold Studios, and Matt Murphy of 72andSunny. Work was submitted from across Asia-Pacific, including Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, Australia, South Korea, China, Indonesia, India, and Taiwan.
