Design Bridge Singapore Shuffles Creative Leadership

Philip Dall, Alexandra Cerruti, Tim Siro, and Jon Neal

After leading Design Bridge’s Singapore office for the last eight years, Executive Creative Director Tim Siro is stepping down from his management responsibilities and will instead be focusing on creatively leading projects, the agency announced today. Taking up the ECD role will be Philip Dall.

Dall has been with Design Bridge for almost ten years, joining the agency as Senior Designer in May 2013, a role he held until his promotion to Creative Director in January 2018. As ECD, Dall will be responsible for the creative work for clients including Zespri, Unilever, Mondelez, and Treasury Wine Estates.

“When I joined Design Bridge as a Senior Designer in 2013, I never thought that I would become the ECD of one our studios,” said Dall.

“This is testament to our commitment to grow talent from within, making us uniquely positioned to deliver best in class work for our clients. There is an abundance of opportunity in Asia, and we’re ready!“

Tim Siro has been part of the senior management team in Singapore since 2011 and was appointed ECD in 2014. During his 11 years with Design Bridge, he has led the studio from strength to strength, elevating the quality of creative work and growing and developing a talented team. Siro departs from the role but not from the agency. His focus will be concentrated entirely on leading creative on projects and working with a bespoke roster of clients.

“I’m thrilled for Jon, Phil and the whole team. There is a rare and lovely blend of youthful energy and unshakeable experience that runs through this studio. I can’t wait for the next chapter to unfold,” said Siro.

Another change within the agency is the creation of a new role, that of Leadership Creative Director. Jon Neal, creative director, and Design Bridge veteran of five years is stepping up to this new position. Each Design Bridge studio globally has promoted a creative director into this role.

These changes within the creative team are effective immediately. Philip Dall will report directly to Alex Cerruti, managing director at Design Bridge Singapore. Both Tim Siro and Jon Neal will report directly to Philip Dall.

“Design Bridge Singapore is constantly evolving itself to adapt to our clients’ brands and business’ needs and this generational change in our creative leadership will help us be fit for future growth,” said Alex Cerruti, Managing Director, Design Bridge Singapore.

“This new definition of responsibilities plays to Phil, Tim and Jon’s individual strengths and passion points. Their common pursuit of ambitious creativity makes the future very exciting for all of us at Design Bridge!”
