Dentsu’s Global Chief Creative Officer Fred Levron will depart the role he has held since November 2021.
The departure comes less than a year after Dentsu unveliked the final phase of its reorganization that brought its creative offering under the Dentsu Creative brand. Levron, along with former CEO Wendy Clark was a key figure in the ad giant’s restructuring of its creative offering. Clark departed Dentsu last year following Dentsu’s transition to “a new globally integrated leadership structure”.
“During his tenure as dentsu’s global chief creative officer (excluding Japan), Fred developed and launched Dentsu Creative to the market, bringing together Dentsu’s global creative efforts under one roof, and led the organization to a very successful showing at the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity,” Dentsu said in a statement quoted in media reports.
“Creative remains a critical cornerstone of our strategic vision for Dentsu. We thank Fred for his energy and commitment to the transformation of Dentsu Creative and wish him success in his next challenge.”
